Monogram Items
- Please anticipate an additional 2-3 weeks for personalization order to be shipped. Personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Every personalized order will be hand-painted by our expert artisans, resulting one-of-a-kind finish that may vary slightly from the image. Prior to adding items to your shopping cart, kindly verify accuracy of the entered text
USA Shipments
- We ship all orders to a United States address via UPS.
International Shipments
- We ship to over 60 countries via DHL. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
- Personalized / monogram orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For regular online orders, we offer a full refund for unworn and unused goods returned within 14 days.
