Inspired by the overnight case created by Mark Cross for Grace Kelly to carry in the film “Rear Window", today’s version is slightly smaller and re-proportioned to carry today’s necessities. It continues to evoke the memory of Alfred Hitchcock’s request to his friend, Gerald Murphy, the owner of Mark Cross, that a bag be created for his star, Grace Kelly, to carry in his film, “Rear Window” and was the first example of product placement—but between friends!
